Inogen has been the leader in the respiratory space for nearly 20 years. To accomplish this, it was essential to have a keen understanding of their customer’s needs and have been able to continually innovate to meet those needs and lead the industry. But in those 20 years, the way their audiences experience their brand has dramatically changed. A smartphone or tablet and social media as a dominant and disruptive influencer has required their medical device brand to learn how to tell powerful customer stories and experiences in new and more meaningful, emotional ways.

We refocused their marketing, messaging and visual branding strategy to connect to the emotional dispositions of their customers. Inogen’s technology helps their customers build stronger lives which forges deeper relationships with their customers. We continue to evolve the brand and work with their internal teams to insure these changes are seamlessly integrated across all channels.
