Cause Marketing Raises Awareness and Funding
The purpose of this campaign was to create awareness and investment from Orange County’s (OC) businesses and community. Firstly, we developed the brand’s strategic positioning. Secondly, we created a bold visual identity and an emotionally-charged messaging platform. After that, this was applied to digital marketing, social media, print publications, outdoor advertising and a website.
United to End Homelessness is a program of the United Way. Ending homelessness in Orange County, CA is their mission. The United Way campaign was fueled by information from UC Irvine’s study “Homelessness in Orange County: The Costs to Our Community.” Facts from statistics revealed a key insight. If the homeless received supportive housing, the result would bring a 50% reduction in annual costs to citizens.
