Attracting Millennials, X-Gens and Boomers Under One Roof

This client is a real-estate investment company and master planner. Their new luxury home apartment community was created to appeal to three different demographic targets. They were Millennials, X-Gen and Boomers. We conducted research, then developed a strategic launch plan and finally an integrated marketing campaign.

Next, we designed creative concepts for advertising appealing to each of the target group’s personal interests. Lastly, the campaign branding also drew in the uniquely creative, culturally diverse Los Angeles Westside market.
