Re-positioning and evolving a 90-year-old brand

E.B.Bradley Company is a 90-year-old supplier of specialty surfacing and hardware products for designers, fabricators and architects. The brand was challenged with maintaining awareness and relevance in an industry that demands and expects innovation and creativity. Architects, designers and fabricators constantly seek insights and discovery to fuel their creativity and originality in order to prove their talent and take pride in the result of their hard work.

With a clear understanding of customer behavior and emotional needs, we successfully tackled the challenge of creating compelling messaging, content and a dynamic user experience emotively connecting with each audience members personal expectations. These insights and ideas were further applied to everything from the corporate brand and positioning to a new website and mobile platform, and reinforced their exclusive manufacturer relationships.
