Attracting New Doctors & Patients

The non-profit hospital served mostly Medi-Cal patients. They wished to expand into the private arena and position themselves as the leading health care facility in their region. New branding, advertising, public relations and a launch event significantly increased patient admittance and community donations.

A large number of new physicians brought their practices to the hospital and patient care greatly improved based on stronger recruiting and retention.
